   ONCE again the SPARK of Monday merger and acquisition is back on for the biotech sector. Roche acquired Spark Therapeutics Inc (ONCE) for $4.30 billion, and Ipsen acquired Clementa Pharmaceuticals Inc (CMTA) for $1.31 billion. Overall, the sector saw five acquisition for the 2019 year.

   Back in 2018, we gave ideas/opinion for the next biotech buyout, (LOXO) and (ONCE) was on the list as the first two biotech stocks and they both have been bought out. You can read more from that blog here
