Stock Market Performance One Year After President Trump
Where were you November 08, 2016? I was glued to my television watching the U.S.. Presidential election unfold all night. I witnessed history of the expect the unexpected (majority news souce media predicting Hillary Clinton to win 90%), but the result was President Trump elected as the 45th President of the United States of America. (#POTUS).
As the night continued, the stock market reacted violently to the new President elect as many think he will bring instability to the market with Dow Jones Industrial Average #DJI #DJIA futures dive 870 points, S&P 500 #SPY #SPX dropped over 2%. I was at one point in fetal position scared for my portfolio will get hit tomorrow and hope for the best in future and it did in time.
With President Trump takes the oath of office as the President of the United States on January 20, 2017. The stock market major indices has putting up record high, after record highs. This is the performance one year after that election night.
